River Bend
Where the Pedernales River and Goehmann Lane make a bend, River Bend is found. Only two tracts front on the Pedernales River, but don’t let that disappoint you. Upon entering River Bend, it will soon be obvious that this is one of nicest treed subdivisions in Gillespie County with great soil to boot. A majority of the tracts are densely covered in post oaks with an occasional live oak or other hardwood tree. A few have some open field with fertile soils and along the entry way is an old Historic German Homestead with modern improvements. River Bend consists of twenty-three tracts of land that range from 5 to 50 acres. The roads are paved and privately maintained through the owners association. All utilities are underground.
